Data Deletion Request

When your request is completed, we will delete any personal information linked to your Dinner Decided account where possible, including:

• Your account information
• Recipes you have imported or added yourself
• Favourite recipes
• Meal plans
• Shopping lists, including items you added manually
• Your app preferences, such as measurement units
• Files you uploaded for recipe imports (PDFs, photos, audio and emails)
• Your daily app activity records and your usage records (your weekly recipe-import count and AI reading usage)

Dinner Decided’s own built-in recipes are shared content and are not affected by deleting your account.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside Dinner Decided:

Settings → Account → Delete account

You’ll see a warning and a final confirmation before anything is removed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

• Your account email address
• A request to permanently delete your account

We aim to process these requests within a reasonable timeframe after confirming ownership of the account.

Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security or fraud prevention purposes.
